Highlights of our journey:

• We are now the largest third-party operator of manufactured home communities in the country, with 180 communities under management.

• Our apartment community portfolio has grown to 40 communities, totaling over 9,000 apartment homes. While we are one of the largest owner/operators in Michigan, our reach extends to communities across the United States.

• Our team has expanded to over 660 talented employees, a remarkable increase of more than 200 team members in the past year alone.
